Art - the Arrack Farmer, The godown to be opened two hours in the Morning & as many in the evening during which times two centinels are to be posted their from the Main Guard & the Sergeant appointed to the Arrack Godown is afterwards to return them to the Guard, & the Key to the Officer. No more than one dram of Arrack to be drawn for the Europeans [...] coming on guard, which is to be served to them before they mount & the men coming off guard are not to get any Rack till they are relieved. 46th - The Drum is not to be used by the Post Guards, either in marching off the new Guard, or in the Old Guard returning to the Parade after being relieved - - -
