which have an outward Coat of
Ruby Colourd Glass; which is produced
by the [?] combind with it - I have
made the Experiment & found it to
be pure nature [?] which was mallea:
:ble in the Mortar whole I powdered
it & weighed 3/4 of a Ducat - when
the [?] is predominant, & will take [?]
there is no Appearance of Glass,
but is brittle, & [?] combustible, as
may be observed in all Pyrites -
That [?] can corrode the metal & destroy
it, by taking it to itself as it were
