If the Lime be good, they should mix
it with 2/3 of Pozzolene Earth without
refining or grinding ir at all & so
beat up the [?] as usual,
mixing only a [?] [?]
of Water. This makes a Cement as
hard as a solid Rock & will last
under water to the End of the [?]
You may even build with it under
water & it immediately cements.
It should always be 2/3 of
Puzzolena [sic] to 1/3 of good Lime, but
[?] thus made must be
used immediately, otherwise it is
no longer good, for wh Reason no
more should be mixd up at once
that what can be consumed in
building in the [?] few
Hours.
