Some years since I saw you
in this place, and then mentioned to you
thatt there was 10,000 acres of Land
which had been sold at [??]
sale, as the property of Wm Tyrrell
and purchased by me, which, on
examination was foudn to belong
to your father or, at least, that
he had a claim to it
The object of this letter is
merely to state that it is yet p[??]-
able something may be done
in the business if steps are takne
with that view. If you are disposed
to seel your interest in the Land
alluded to let me hear from
you - If not any assistance I can
