Dear Sir
I beg leave to transmit you enclosed an order on the Newbern Bank at Raleigh for One hundred Dollars on account of the Suit instituted through you on the part of my Uncle against the Executors of the late Mr. Robert Adam, the receipt of which you will have the goodness to acknowledge in course.
The contents of the Bill seem to disappoint Mr. Hogg and he is now making extensive preparations to oppose us. However, I shall be able to be a little more particular on this head when he returns from Wilmington whither he is gone for a week or ten days.
I am with regard, Dear Sir,
Yours very sincerely Archd Wilkinson
