I am sorry he is made General
Marshall. He is re-introducing
the old systems of process and
will grow more & more ruthless in
his mode of dealing. "What is
bred in the bone etc." There has
already been insubordination &
ill will aroused among a people
only too willing to work. They
say "Government is fighting for
us and we will work for payment
