The house to be thirty feet by thirty six
feet with a Cellar, and two storye high—
of wood

The cellar shall be three feet below the Surf-

Surfface to be Brick three feet high with
all usefull windows and doors there to

The First Storye 10 feet Six Inches with a

Comptent Stair case hand rails and
ballasters ^included [Base, Sir Base Cornice] and
Cloſset^'s, Sash, and frames, Doors, locks and
Hinges to all; the Windows of the first Story
to have Shutters and Fastening all compla[...]

With four closets two in Each of the large rooms
