I as hereby endorse to Charles Gerrard all my title and Claim of Six hundred & forty acres of Land which I am entitled to as heir at Law of my Brother William Anderson Decd. in the Continental line of this State for value of and request Colo. Martin Armstrong to have said Land Surveyed and Returned in the name of said Charles Gerrard. Given under my hand this 10th day of Feb.y. 1789. --
