RESOLUTION SELECTING DEPOSITARIES OF MONEYS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION, AS AMENDED, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $2,942,000 UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA STUDENT APARTMENT REVENUE BONDS OF 1962, SERIES A AND B.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of The University of North Carolina".

Section 1. That the following banks are hereby selected as depositaries of moneys under the provisions of the resolution adopted by the Board of Trustees on February 26, 1962, as amended by the resolution adopted by the Board of Trustees on February 25, 1963, authorizing the issuance of $2,942,000 University of North Carolina Student Apartment Revenue Bonds of 1962, Series A and B, and each of said banks is hereby designated a Depositary under the provisions of said resolution as amended for the fund indicated:

Section 2. That the use of any one or more of said banks as a depositary of moneys under the provisions of said resolution as amended as above set forth prior to the date hereof is hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
