Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of The University of North Carolina, acting by its Executive Committee, at the Governor's Office Capitol Building, Raleigh, North Carolina, until 10:30 o'clock A. M., Eastern Standard Time,
May 13, 1963,
at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read, for the purchase of all or any of the hereinafter designated blocks of $1,000,000 University of North Carolina Student Apartment Revenue Bonds of 1962, Series A, dated September 1, 1962, and maturing annually, in numerical order, lowest numbers first, on September 1, in the years and in the amounts, respectively, as follows:
