161150 states that at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Trustees, not less than ten shall constitute a quorum and to require 51 members of the Board to be present for a quorum, and to change the number required to expell a member of the Board from 20 to 65. " This motion of Mr. Whitehurst was duly seconded and it was adopted by unanimous vote. It was understood that Mr. Whitehurst would introduce a bill in the General Assembly to take care of these proposed changes. Death of Dr. John C. Tayloe The Governor was requested to appoint a committee to draft a resolution in memory of Dr. John Cotton Tayloe.
