Dear Sir

Unless the general assembly
shall interdict I intend proceeding
on the ensuing Western Circuit, in the
mean time should it be requisite
to issue any [proxy?] on the part of the
State my friend Mr Duffy will attend
to it for me Should you require
any advice exof: you will command
me, but it will gratify me much more
to hear from you exparte
