Rained. Expected Sister, but the rain prevented -
Ed took wheat to Wachn Grove - he so often has had
rainy days. Father [?] rate and he and Newman [indecipherable]
In the afternoon I read over old letters from Georgie - she died a week
ago today. Felix had a fight.

Confused morning. Father called at Mr Will Jones and then met Sister, who walked over to spend the day. Rockville carriage came for Mrs Chapin & Auntie Brooke. they left about 12.30. Here just 7 weeks [?] In the afternoon Father took Sister home and went to Longward to tea - Aunt Eliza walked part way to Olney with me - I spent the night there - M. Barry sent me new Con[?].

Clear. Maria Brinie here [indecipherable] kitchen & dining room. Aunt Eliza came to meet me. Lillie and Mary both sick. Addir came to see Father. he & Mother went to Bank & Richland, Hirmon. [?] [?] Olney - I slept 1 1/4 hrs. in the aft.
