that Willis Jones, who was appointed the
last session of the General Assembly to
run the divisional lines Petitioner Smith
Wilson and Jackson Counties and only
being allowed one marker, and the lines
of the said Counties being for the most
part of the way running an [-lided]
Country the said Willis Jones was compell
ed through [illegible] to accomplish num-
bers. The said lines to be at greater expand
than the legislative contemplated at
that lines we therefore pray that your
honorable body will by a law enable the
county court of Smith to recon[cede?] the
said Jones the expense that he incurred
