Dear Sir
I forgot your seeds for nearly a week after I had them ready for you I am today preparing my own seeds and will sow them the first opportunity
Soak your Pear seeds in warm water turning the water off after the 1st 12 hours, but keep the seed in the tub quite moist warm & covered for a few days turning it over and stirring it up with the hands 2 or 3 times a day
The Evergreens seeds may be treated in the same way for a day [underlined] or two [underlined] before sowing
