Sir I wish you would send to me the amount due on trees & old C Kennicott, in Keswick Codlins of three on [illegible] years old, the balance due is $10,70 you will please advise me when they are stiffer, direct them to "Llyod Shaw Fremont, care of Boilvin &co Peoria," will you send them soon? The ground in this regein has not been so fully estimated(?) with water as it now is for nearly three years. roads about impossible, apple trees very full of blossom [illegible] the most forward are just opening.
Strawberry plants are making a good start. Gooseberries are in leap and Wisconsin money going out of favor. Respectfully yours Lloyd Shaw
