After this long a delay I write to you enclosed you will find four [underlined] dollars being the amount of Sales of Tulips. I have tryed hard to Sell the entire lot which you sent to me but I could not, a great many wanted some Tulips but they could not get the money and those persons to whoem I expected to sell a good lot would come with, 25 cents [underlined] instead of a dollar or more. but I will keep trying to sell
