You visit me - You might come
on the cars to the Winnebago Station
and by giving me word in time
I would mee you there.

I have no works on
entomology but D. Harris; &
that disconnected failure.
Emmons Rep - N. J. Nat Hist
. Could you give me a list of first
rate
authorities? In other
departments - Botany Ichthyology
&c &c I am better supplied
- I would "like to get some
of the Smithsonian publications"
and would be glad to have you
put me on the way.

. "As I said before. when I
have time and an opportunity
to review my collections I will
send duplicates as far as I
have them -

I am with respect
Yours truly

This letter is signed "M S Bebb" - Michael Schuck Bebb was a 19th century American botanist. This is the last page of the letter - first page(s) missing so the date is unknown, but it was probably addressed to Robert Kennicott, and would have likely been written before 1861 when Bebb left Winnebago County, IL to move to Washington DC.
