Houston Oil Company of Texasbe, and the same is hereby
ratified and approved and the President of said Company is
further authorized to renew the said notes from time to time as
may in his judgement become necessary.

On motion duly seconded, a recess of said meeting
was taken until 10:30 am July 8th, 1902.
