that the President be and he hereby is authorized to
convey for and on behalf of the Houston Oil Company
of Texas to Augustine F. Kountze an easement and
right of way in , upon, under, through, across and over
the lands of the Houston Oil Company of Texas fully
described in cerain deed, conveying said easement
and right of way dated the 25th day of July, 1902
executed between the Sabine Land and Improvement
Company and the Houston Oil Company of Texas,
parties of the first part and Augustine F. Kountze,
party of the second part; said easement and
right of way being for the purpose of building,
laying, constructing, occupying, repairing, maintaining
and operating at all times hereafter a pipe or pipes
and a pipeline or pipelines to conduct, convey, carry
and transport oil, petroleum and other substances, the
original of which deed has been exhibited this day to
the Directors of the Houston Oil Company of texas in
meeting duly assembled. And the said President is
authorized to execute said deed as the act and deed
of said Houston Oil Company of Texas.

Resolved further that the Maryland Trust
Compan of Baltimore Maryland be and it is hereby requested to
join in said conveyance and to release the lien of
a certain Deed of Trust executed byt he Houston Oil
Company of Texas to the Maryland Trust Company
of date the 31st day of July 1901.

Thereupon, on montion duly seconded the
folowwing resolution was presented and unanimously
adopted:

Resolved be the Houston Oil Company of Texas
that the President be and he hereby is authorized to convery
for and on behalf of the Houston Oil Company of Texas
to Augustine F. Kountze, an easement and right of way
in, upon, under, through, across and over the lands of
the Houston Oil Company of Texas, fully described in
certain deed conveying said easement and right of
way dated the 5th day of July 1902 between the Sabine
Land and Improvement Company and the Houston
Oil Company of Texas, parties of the first part, and
the Higgins Oil and Fuel Company, party of the
second part, said easement and right of way being for
the purpose of building, laying, constructing, occupying,
repairing, maintaining and operating at all times hereafter
