30th Mrs. Nixon called and made many
enquiries of the Matron respecting
the Institution and left promising
to talk to her Father and return in a day or two.
Thursday 8 pupils
October 1st. Mr. Fletcher conducted eveng service.
Friday 8 pupils
2nd. Ladies general Committee
Emily Donnelly admitted
Lizzie Kenny spoken to upon the
completion of her twelve months.
Dr. Norrie visited and prescribed for
Hattie Roberts Bella Palmer Tilly Williams
& Lizzie Kenny all suffering from
Influenza. Mrs. Nixon called to
say her Father had promised to give
her one more trial.
Saturday 8 pupils
3rd. Laundress out for the afternoon.

Sunday
4th. Revd. Murray conducted morng service
Mr. Fletcher evening ditto
Matron & Officers out to their usual services

Monday
5th Several of the Inmates sickening
with Influenza & in bed
Tuesday 9 pupils
6th Ladies Sub Committee
Hattie Roberts admitted. Emily Hunter
asked to leave the Institution but
was persuaded to remain
