Emily Martin spoken to and her
case to be enquired into by
Miss Williams.

Saturday 8 pupils
5th Annie Wilson having her clothes
given her to wash put them on when
clean and demanded to be let go
away. She being a very violent
tempered woman. The Matron
considered it wisest to let her go.

Sunday
6th. Mr Beswick conducted morng service
Sister Bibby afternoon Ditto
The Matron and Officers out to their
usual services.

Monday
7th. Ada Booth & Johanna Thompson
demanded their clothes to be let
go away. The Matron told them they
must wait until tomorrow and
tell the Committee their wants, they
refused to work. Ada was therfore
placed in the Probationer's room.
and Johanna sent to the dining room.
