who is an inmate of that Institution

asked admittance and were received.

14th The Laundress out for the afternoon.
Margaret Herbert gone as general
servant to Mrs. Middleton of Kalangan
at 10/- per week.

15th Mr. Bushby conducted morng service
Mr. Hodgson afternoon do
Matron & Officer out to their usual services

Monday
16th Amy Dampier & Mary Roberts were
most abusive to the Laundress refusing
to work or to move out of the Drying
ground, they were so disturbing to the
women that for the peace of the whole
Building the Matron felt compelled to
put them out of the Institution.

admitted, Hattie Roberts & Emily Barnes
& Lilly Bennett asked to leave the Institution
