Friday.
Dr Nathan prescribed for
Eliza Ash and said he would see
her again on saturday.

Ladies general committee 9 ladies present

Saturday 4th
Started 20 minutes past 6 oclk to the
Central market with messenger and bought
vegetables 3/2. Mrs. Scaldwell brough [brought] a white
cabbage tree hat price 3/6 trim'd with
brown ribbon for M. A Coleman, for which I
paid.

Sabbath 5th
Mr. Tilley gave a lecture 11 oclk and
Rev'd C. Creed preached 3 oclk
There was no minister in the evening.
Eliza Ash is restless in the night preventing her
fellow inmates sleeping. she cries out in the depth of
the night "Oh my wasted life! Oh the dregs of my
wasted life, and calling to Agnes O'Brian said mind and
take warning from me."

Monday 6th
Sent Mary Smith to the labor office with
messenger. Miss Galbraith fetched her
home in the aftern'n I gave Mary one of
Miss Dangars chemies to sew whilst waiting.
