Warm and windy. Mother, Ruby and babe and
I went to beach in afternoon. In evening
Lena gave me Bulletin with review
of "Up the Country". She did
not notice it.

Wednesday 2
Went to office and wrote to Blackwoods sending review.
Also wrote Mary and B. [Bernard] Cronin and
others.
