3 TUESDAY Washed and ironed. Aunt Eva came for tea. So exhausted could hardly talk. Went to Mrs Broadbridge's in evening.

4 WEDNESDAY Rain in late afternoon. God help me through this year. Got letters from Paine and Blackwoods. Went to Mrs Broadbridge in morning.

7 SATURDAY Windy day. Went to Eva's for lunch. After went to life saving exhibition at Bondi. Eva and I got home to find Aunt Eliza there. Sent "Old Blastus" to B. B.
