4. Thursday.
Went down town to Kodak
for prints. Evelyn Isitt &
M. M. Moffatt for
lunch. Had to type Lyceum
quarrel stuff for Isitt got none
of my work done consequently

5. Friday.
Cooked dinner for Mme. Jallay.
Rev. Arnold came for after-
-noon tea. got nothing
done.

6. Saturday.
Two strange girls called and
asked for water. Cold showery
day. Struggled vainly to
get on with work.
Cooking and bell calls made
it very unprofitable.

Kate Evelyn Isitt was a NZ journalist and suffragist. She was involved in a controversy about a letter from German suffragists which was read out at the Lyceum Club in 1918.
