Fine day. Went to Station & got ticket. Heart so bad I came home & lay down. Mavis Evans came in with her husband to say goodbye. J.K. gave me lovely dinner of Duck etc. & we had a quiet evening together. I finished "Jimmy Brockett" - dust and ashes. Wrote a letter-card to Inky saying I was leaving here at 4 p.m Sat. Telephoned Kinsman & Mollie Bowie.
