I do not think of going
to London yet. I am far
better amongst loving
friends here at present
but I look forward to
some months in London
later in the season –

I am glad that I shall
probably find you there.
I regret being so long away
from dear Katie – but
all things considered
she will be glad that I
remain in the north.
I have spent the last
month with poor Tom
they go south tomorrow
