My Dear James
I have agreed with Hunt to take
the things from [-als] at 10/per Cart (?)
& I settle with his wife for the same.
It is true James Shelley is coming
up but when is uncertain and as
Hunt offered I thought it best to send
them with him. He expects to be
at Marulan about the end of
the week & will leave them at
Mr Peterson's - I trust you will get
them all safe - Your Mother went
down with me to Parra last week
& we came home on Friday the road
was very heavy & we did not reach
home until about 7 or 8 - It has
been very miserable since & of course
the roads are heavy - Babyard
