Sydney August 29th 1861
My dear Sir,
I suppose you would understand by the Telegram I sent you on Tuesday that the [DS?] Board had entertained the proposal to withdraw from Berrima the £50 and transfer it to Mittagong and that upon my recommendation they were acting to increase the grant of £25 to £50.
