My Dear James
I have drawn out a rough plan of the land
which I have put into Mr Stubbs's hand for sale &
wish you when you have time to call upon Mr
Stubbs & explain it as well as you can - Should
there be any enquiry about it or any further
explanation needed let me know - -
We are beginning to feel the effect of the
Influenza here I was poorly last week with it
but am better now Several of the Children were
seized last night or yesterday You will have
heard that Bob has returned all safe having
delivered the horses - We talk of going down
again about Febry if he can settle affairs
so that we might then send a few more
I have obtained the prayer book with
introduction & commentary by Bishop [indecipherable]
which has not a little pleased me not
having met with it before probably you
would like to have it- if you can-
- I propose sending this by Mr Rob Campbell
