If the promised of ? shall come, you may rely on
her word - for she was always tenacious of truth and
honour - therefore I hope Dear Sir you will afford
her as much relief as you may deem [indecipherable] to
[indecipherable] - and I trust the time is not far distant
when I shall be better enabled to ensure whatever
expenses you may incur.
You will have the goodness to forward the
enclosed letter from England - and read it first
that you may know my mind in the want of
her refusing - for you will find it there
thou as one exeption in my mind - that I did not
mention lest she might lay hold on it -
That is should Providence return my liberty
within two years - or a prospect of it soon after
thou shall I remain attached to [indecipherable] not otherwise
I have made a solemn resolution & shall abide by it
you will say. How can you [indecipherable] that with

do justice to myself - I should mention many things
I had to tell you but as they are of no consequence to
you I spare you - I cannot write I am oppressed
with sorrow upon sorrow - my mind at this moment
is distressed - I should like to be released from this
world, but alas ! I am not prepared
from all your condescdending goodness to me, Dear
Sir, of which I was very [indecipherable. accept now my
humble return of thanks, and best wishes for
your prosperity - hoping you may return in
our town with much [indecipherable] of Divine Knowledge
and no [indecipherable] of hope without that
made you a blessing to the youth of the Colony
and endeared you to many Friends, among whom
the most humble, [indecipherable] as more in
[indecipherable] with as more[indecipherable] thanks
good Sir, your much obliged
and loving Servant
