Dear Brother

I received your kind note this
morning just as I came from the
Meeting in the rocks where I had
been preaching. I thank you for
what you sent and for the trouble
you have taken to find our um-
berella. I am happy you had a
pleasant passage and cheerful meeting.
May the blessings of God rest upon you.

I am very sorry to hear thay [that] you
fear you may not come down
again as I much wish to see
you Samuel and Mr Gilchrist.
& hope you will not let a little
thing prevent you, we received the
things Mr Ben sent & we thank
Miss Elisa for her present and Mrs
