U.S. Naval Academy 2 June 1945

Dear Mr. Tressider

Your letter concerning the activities and future program of the University was warmly received, and it is ground to see such interest develop.

In my spare moments here in the Naval Academy I have compiled a news letter on my fraternity brothers which I am enclosing. I find that there are around a dozen of them who are planning to return. Probably the number will increase as the outcome of the war nears its final phase.
