Dear Sir:
In answer to your letter of March 1945 I can give you the following information. I hope to return to Stanford after my military service is over. I would like to take a course that would enable me upon graduation to enter the graduate school of business. Since [I am?] not familiar with the requirements of teh school, I would appreciate any information you can give me and would also like to have a copy of the bulletin you [mentioned?] "Educational Opportunities for Veterans."

I understand the housing conditions in Palo Alto are poor now. Since I have married since leaving the University, housing will for me create a problem. Has the University any plan for housing married students and their families?
As for extra-curricular activities I would recommend those pre-war days. Even though many of us won't be able to participate in [collegiate] activities, we still haven't lost our appreciation for them.
