anything to do with your specific course of study. All of which will make us out of date and out of touch with our respective fields. from previous expeirence I know that it has always been hard to get all the courses desired due to a restricted time schedule. Another especially significant factor is that of lower division requirements. Those of us who have completed these or more years of college have certainly lost touch with certain fields, i.e. languages or sciences. So it becomes veritably impossible gradute in the minimum time while having to take several refresher

courses before we can start our academic endeavors again. I suggest that those students who have completed 120 units (or thereabouts) should have their lower division requirements [?]. Another suggestion would be to arrange a more adequate time schedule in each field as that a student may take more than one or two courses a quarter in his field. As far as having accomodations are concerned I believe Fraternities and Sororities should definitely continue to exist as they formed a vital part of the Stanford extra-curricular life that all Row members cherished. there are many returning veterans who desire to live on their own and in quiet surroundings, i.e. small apartments in private home or somesuch similar arrangement. Extra-curricular activities should continue as much as possible like pre-war Stanford, emphasizing more week-end activities. I hope that I have been of some slight help to you in forming a basis for our greater post-war Stanford. I also wish to thank you for helping me [?] on Stanford's current activities.
