Dear President Tresidder,

Here, briefly, are my answers to the questions you asked the Stanford alumni in military service:

1. I do hope to return to Stanford for either one or two years
2. STUDIES. Graduate work in [mining] which a large proportion of electives in Business.
3. CHANGES. Would like the courses to be of the same nature as those of the pre-war program. However, it might be advisable to start each course with an intensive refresher of essential background matter.
4. HOUSING: At the present time I feel that an apartment or a room in a private home would be what I would like. Dormitories are too much like barracks.
5. EXTRA-CURRICULAR: Not interested.

In your letter, a bulletin "Educational Opportunities for Veterans," was mentioned as available. I would lilke to have a copy.

Sincerely
