Your very excellent letter was rec'd today & I hasten to answer it because it concerns not only me but thousands just like me. I have just returned from Paris where I had a preview of the Army's vast postwar & V.E day program for education.
But like many others the Army program will not &

can not meet my needs. I want to study Pan-American Relations with emphasis on mark policies & labor management in South America.
The average veteran will want small group study done exclusively. Individual training under proper supervision should be empl. Most veterans know how to think for themselves & consider the classroom technique archaic & infa. As so many others I have been married

since my graduation & will want one of those "sml cttg on campus reasn rts for resp. couple" I hope my wife & I will be there for the fall term.
Will appreciate any other information on Stanfords program for veterans.
