It went up to ~320, 340
or Esp with some view. High end
was in Oceania for $600 and
Ocean Plaza for $660. Pretty
steep but beautiful.

And there were places in the
Village and places on Catalina.
I got a view of there prices.

But best place I thought was
still Alan Cohen's in San Simeon.
So I decided I wanted it but
I also strongly believed that
$475/mo is too much. Based
