I tried to write a response to Bill
and type it in at work.
But [highlight]I realized problems w/royalties[/end highlight]

(1) What about use of the code
after its use in initial products
(2) It's only a question of %.
THe deal must be perpetual
to really reward me accurately.
Which make #1 even worse.

The only problem with Bill's suggestion
is that [highlight] I have to be damn sure
not to make the spec too specific,
or to contain too much.[/end highlight] Possible.
But my after-tax bonus will only
be about $141K = 3.5/12 * 75k[comment]2 for tax[/comment] * 1.30 [comment]suffering factor ask for 1.50[/comment]

But that isn't bad.

And after that I can [highlight]take my
time refining the product, beta
testing it, [/end highlight] teaching Mom + Dad, etc.
That will be enjoyable, and it
will be summertime almost.
