REGULATIONS

CHINESE STUDENTS' CLUBHOUSE
STANDFORD UNIVERSITY

The Regulations are drawn up by the majority vote of the members residing in the Clubhouse Winter Quarter, 1951-52.

ARTICLE I -- NAME AND LOCATION OF RESIDENCE
CHINESE STUDENTS" CLUBHOUSE
528 Salvatierra St.
Stanford University, Caifornia

ARTICLE II -- PURPOSE
A. " To foster International Fellowship"
Phi Epsilon Phi

B. "To remain as a residence primarily for Chinese, but with all other students
invited to mix and integrate in fostering international fellowship"

ARTICLE III -- RESIDENTS

A. Qualifications
-- Applicant for residence should be of persons who will contribute towards the
benefits of the Clubhouse and its members.
-- All Standofrd students can apply to live in the Clubhouse, but the majority
should be Chinese at any time.
-- Maximum number of Non-Chinese is four, but empty space can be silled by
any Stanford Student, if any.
-- Applicant should hold an ASSU Student Body Card, and if without such a card
he can live in the Clubhouse one quarter only.

B. Time
-- Student can stay in the Clubhouse as long as he holds an ASSU Student Body
Card.
-- Autumn, Winter and Spring Quarters constitute an academic year. Summer
residence is considered temporary.

C. Room Choice
-- Seniority of quarters in the Clubhouse will decide the choice of rooms

D. University Obligations
-- For their contributions in the past to the Clubhouse, permanent quarters in
the Clubhouse are given to Mr. Chung-Kwei Chang and Mr. Street Chang.
