Dear Folks -
Here is Titisee where we spent last
night. In the splendid Black Forest, it's
much like Fallen Leaf in size and
shape and surrounding scenery.
The town sort of sprawls comfortably
all around the northern end of
the lake. The little x shows the small
Pension (hotel) where we found rooms.
This morning we walked all the way
around the lake - which is now
completely frozen over! even though
it was well above freezing temperature.
There are still many patches of snow
remaining, and the sort of transition
period from winter to spring is quite
beautiful.
