supper: this is Henrietta's birth day.

28th.
Father came home to dinner; staid all night at Avondale
went to a Magistrate's meeting at Higgins.

29th.
A beautiful clear day; cold. mother went to meeting,
and then to the Cottage in the afternoon: Joe went to Phils
in the afternoon: I did not go to meeting. Phil and Kate, and
Oliver Scott here to supper; Father went for mother after tea;
Aunt Lizzie and Eddie called here in the afternoon; William
went to Uncle Sam's.
