A beautiful clear day; Father laid up with a
cold; I called at Harewood in the morning: Lucy and
I quilting; Warwick Stabler here to supper; Edward Lea
after supper.

10th.
A cloudy day: Aunt Jane here in the afternoon, helping
to quilt; Uncle Charlie here after supper: William went to
Richard Bentleys after supper, to a party.

11th.
Damp, and warm. I went to meeting. Mary M.
and Mary H. Miller and William Bond and Kate here
to tea.
