1916 Friday 4 February H. & S. and J. here. Pumfry sick. Walter away 3/4 day. Men working around place. Sent Dr. Turdall 100 sacks @ 3c each. $3.00 charged.

February SATURDAY 5 1916 J. H. S. & S. here. 2 m hauling wood 3/4 day sawed about 2 c wood Engine sparker broke. Sent load of wood to Sing. Started to go to Rockville in Buick stuck at Earnshaw Sent to horses to Rockville for separator. Fixed milker engine. Pd men in full for month.

J. H. S. S. & Archie here. Put in new separator & Engine bedded separator in concrete. Worked O.K. 2 m hauling wood to back of barn fill Buick had to be brought home from Earnshaw stuck tight.

1916 16 degrees Tuesday 8 February J. H. S.S. & A. here. 1 1/2 men working on trees in new ground. 2 m 1/2 day hauling wood 3 m 1/2 day hauling fodder. 1 load from Norwood. Truck load of wood to E[ ? ] $6.00. Brick cylinder broke with freezing of water.
