Grace Thomas gave some garden hints from the Orginal Gardner's
Almanac. She was advised to cut back her chrysanthmums, which are
already showing blight.

Ethel Thomas read from Mary Mates Dodge, "The Baby Worle".

Helen Moore read "Vacations are killing me", a treatice which made
those of us who take ours staying home, glad that we must.

Esther Stabler read The Friend's Creed, and asked who wrote it.
one knew, and she was advised to write The Friend's Intelligencer, as
it had come from that.

Margaret Jones said there are several perrogatives of members,
one being not to read some time, she was taking that one now, the other
was to go to sleep some times during a meeting, she would do that some
other time, as this meeting was too interesting.

Deb Willson read of beautiful Maryland stariways, and passed some
pictures from a Baltimore paper.

Sylvia Woodward, from the School report told there would bo
no more P.T.A. meetings this year. She reported the play, May day and the
Concert all very successful.

The Hospital chairman reported the resignation of Miss. Leishear,
and her replacement by Miss Daniel who has been at Surburban Hospital.
This change will take place the last of this week.

Adjourned to meet with Catherine Adams July 7th at teh Community
House.
