Elizabeth Ligon moved an expression of our Appreciation to
Margaret Jones for her years of efficient service. This was
of course carried with pleasure.

A letter was read from Cousin Sallie Janney in which she
said she felt she must withdraw her membership in the Association.
This was accepted with a great deal of regret, and only because
we felt she had given it due consideration. Her name will be placed
on the list on Honorary members, and the Sect'y was asked to write
her a note conveying our feelings.

Virginia LaMar gave a war summary of the Red Cross work of
Montgomery County, staggering figures.

The Sec't was asked to give a message of love to Mary Brooke,
and Edith Greene.

As Julia Hallowell could not find a letter she had meant to
read, the adjourned at this point, to meet with Elizabeth
Ligon on the 14th. of March.
