The membership committee – Helen
Hallowell, Helen Shoemaker and Mariana
Miller – recommended that the name
of Sarah Buchanan be placed on
the Waiting List – This recommendation
was unanimously accepted.

Library Committee – Mary Reading Miller –
reported there would be no Book Sale this
year – The Sherwood Library would like
back numbers of the National Geographic
Magazine – Hygea Magazine – and
other donations – A Victory Cook programs
is being put on at the school.

A letter from Frances Snowden, asking for
co-operation in the Sherwood Fair, was read.

There being no further business the meeting
adjourned.
