Little County Hospital which applies to
our M.C.G.H. also creed by [Enaus?] Jones Lester

Edith Green – a paragraph “We Are” – Question
Who likes the commentator Earl Godwin?
Which brought out many varying opinions.
Some think him not always refined, but
his reports to be depended upon.

Mariana Miller – a sentiment by Henry Van Dyke

Margaret Jones asked the opinion of the members
as to whether we believed the women of Germany
would be holding such a meeting as ours
today, and whether by not holding it we
could be helping to win the way, and how?
Some members felt we must do everything
possible now to bring victory as soon as
may be, though we so heartily disapprove
of war. Some believed it right to talk
about the war more in our meetings to
keep it always in our minds.

Mary Hutton, an interesting article on Fortune
in Soup Fins, which told of the
wonderful properties shark oil and meat
